I have fond memories of watching my mom bake her New York-style Cherry Cheesecake when I was a kid. It was her signature dessert, and I couldn't wait until I had my own kitchen so I could try to make it myself. When I finally did, I started experimenting with the recipe, making small changes and creating new variations. It all started with that delicious Cherry Cheesecake, and I'm so grateful for the memories and the recipe.
